Andrea Uccello Tel. +39 02 2399 6349 mail: andrea.uccello@mail.polimi.it Born in Ponte San Pietro (BG) in 1985, he obtained in December 2010 a degree summa cum laude in "Nuclear Engineering" at Politecnico di Milano ( 1 st cycle degree in Physical Engineering in March 2008 at the same university) with a thesis about the development of methods for interpretation of scanning tunnelling spectroscopy measures. Since January 2011 he is a Ph.D. student in “Energy and Nuclear Science and Technology” at Politecnico di Milano. Research Topic: Development and study of nanostructured Rhodium films for the production of diagnostic mirrors for nuclear fusion systems.
